CEO, Business Development
Taylor has been in the electrical industry since 2007, he is a Red Seal Electrician and FSR who leads TDR Electric with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and relationships. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted expert in design-build electrical solutions, leveraging lean management principles to optimize workflows, streamline decision-making, and deliver exceptional results.
Taylor believes that strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the internal team are the foundation of lasting success. He instills TDR Electric’s core values into every aspect of the business, ensuring that decisions align with the company’s vision while empowering employees through decentralized leadership and systems-based thinking.
Liam Phagura RSE, FSR-B
Chief Operating Officer
Liam has been in the electrical industry for over 17 years and is a Red Seal Electrician, FSR, and Chief Operating Officer at TDR Electric. He has helped lead the company's growth by overseeing operations, supporting project teams, and delivering commercial, institutional, multifamily, and EV infrastructure projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Liam believes great companies are built by great people. He is passionate about supporting his team, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and creating an environment where people are trusted, challenged, and given opportunities to grow. His focus is simple: do quality work, support the people around you, and always look for ways to improve.
Adam Buxton RSE, FSR-B
Vice President, Projects
Adam has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, bringing extensive field knowledge, project leadership, and operational expertise to his role at TDR Electric. He oversees projects from pre-construction through commissioning, working closely with clients, consultants, trade partners, project managers, and field teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutions.
Adam is passionate about developing people and building the systems that allow teams to perform consistently. His leadership focuses on clear communication, accountability, proactive planning, and continuous improvement. By strengthening project controls, training future leaders, and maintaining strong client relationships, Adam helps ensure every project reflects TDR Electric’s commitment to quality, integrity, and dependable execution.
Andrea Pham CPHR
HR Manager
Andrea is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with nearly a decade of experience leading people strategy, organizational development, and workforce initiatives across multiple industries. Combining her unique background in design and communications with HR expertise, Andrea specializes in building practical HR infrastructure from the ground up, streamlining processes, and implementing systems that support both employees and business operations.
In addition to her work at TDR Electric, Andrea serves on non-profit boards and regularly shares her experiences through industry and academic speaking engagements. She is passionate about building engaged teams, strengthening organizational culture, and creating practical solutions that support long-term business success.

Project Manager
Russell Marce has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry and has spent the past two years as a Special Projects Project Manager at TDR Electric. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering quality work, solving problems in the field, and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Russell believes that successful projects come down to communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Christopher Newman RSE, FSR-B, EVITP
Project Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the electrical and communications industries, Chris brings extensive expertise in delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-residential projects from concept through completion. His background spans electrical construction, telecommunications, fire alarm systems, standby power, and EV infrastructure, with a strong focus on project planning, client relationships, and practical problem solving. Chris is committed to delivering quality projects through collaboration, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Project Coordinator
With 6 years of experience in project coordination and business administration, Valentina is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with expertise in project scheduling, administrative operations, procurement, and client coordination. Her background in the electrical, construction, and service industries enables her to support TDR Electric's operations through efficient project management, streamlined processes, and strong communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams.

Service Coordinator
With more than two years of experience coordinating electrical service operations, Zoe is dedicated to keeping projects organized, clients informed, and the service team running efficiently. Known for her strong communication skills and calm, solutions-focused approach, she excels at managing multiple priorities while building positive relationships with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
