Our EV Charger Installation Process

From quote to commissioning.

Most residential installs are quoted, permitted, installed and commissioned in under two weeks. Strata and commercial timelines vary based on engineering and council approvals.

  1. Step 01

    Site Assessment

Free virtual or on-site review. We look at your panel, parking, vehicle and any existing capacity constraints.

  2. Step 02

    Load Calc & Plan

Engineered load calculations, charger placement, conduit routing and a fixed-price quote with rebate paperwork prepared.

  3. Step 03

    Permit & Install

Permit filed with the local AHJ. Install scheduled around your routine — typically half a day for a residential Level 2.

  4. Step 04

    Commission & Handoff

Final inspection, app pairing, rebate filing and a walk-through so you're confident charging from day one.

EV-Ready Plans for Stratas & MURBs

Future-proof every stall — before residents start asking.

An EV-Ready Plan is a building-wide blueprint that gets every parking stall ready for an EV charger, with engineered load management and BC Hydro rebate funding. We prepare the plan, present to council, and execute the rollout.
