An EV Ready Plan is a building-wide electrical design that gets every parking stall ready for an EV charger — with at least one EV Ready space per residential unit, a complete electrical circuit and junction box at each, and engineered load management so the building's existing service can handle the demand.
We've installed hundreds of EV chargers across BC, and we prepare EV Ready Plans for both residential and commercial buildings. Our team handles the electrical capacity assessment, charging performance requirements, charging options, cost estimates and EV energy management systems — then presents the plan to your council and shepherds it through BC Hydro approval.

BC Hydro rebates cover 75% of the cost of an approved EV Ready Plan, up to $3,000 — and once the plan is approved, your building can access up to $600 per EV Ready parking space and $1,400 per charging station in infrastructure rebates. We prepare and file every application.
