Location:Vancouver BC | Full-Time

At TDR Electric, we take pride in delivering quality work while building opportunities for our people to grow and lead. With a proven track record across the Lower Mainland, we specialize in high-end tenant improvements, commercial and institutional projects, new construction, and turn-key EV Infrastructure upgrades.

We’re now looking for a Project Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of exciting projects across the Lower Mainland.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at TDR, you’ll be responsible for guiding projects from planning through to completion. This role is about leadership, coordinating field crews, managing client relationships, and keeping budgets and schedules on track. Estimating will be part of the job, but your main focus will be execution: ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards TDR is known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of projects, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Lead labour resources, purchasing, and project financials, including billings and cash flow
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and general contractors
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes before they become problems
  • Support estimating on select projects (limited, not the main focus)
  • Review and negotiate contracts with a sharp eye for risk
  • Be present in the field when needed and close projects with lessons learned for future wins

What You Bring

  • Red Seal Electrician, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
  • 2+ years’ experience in Electrical Project Management (estimating background is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (AutoCAD an asset)
  • General understanding of Accubid Pro and Change Order Pro
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Take initiative – see an opportunity and take it head-on
  • A communicator who builds trust, gets buy-in, and keeps crews and clients aligned
  • A leadership mindset: you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward

Why Join TDR?

We recognize the demands of this industry, which is why we’ve built a culture that supports our people, rewards their efforts, and provides real opportunities to grow.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary: $90,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
  • Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
  • RRSP matching program
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Extensive benefits package including an HCSA

Growth & Opportunity

  • Clear path for career development with senior mentorship
  • Hands-on involvement in diverse projects, from high-profile commercial and new construction jobs to EV infrastructure builds

Culture, Perks & Work-Life Balance

  • Regular team events, summer BBQs, and holiday parties that bring the whole crew together
  • Staff raffles, giveaways, and recognition awards (like our Foreman Awards)
  • Tool and clothing allowances for site and office needs
  • A people-first environment where accountability, recognition, and opportunity drive success
  • A culture that values family, balance, and being present outside of work
  • Construction association events

At TDR Electric, you’re managing meaningful projects and contributing to a team built on trust and accountability

If you’re ready to step up and lead exciting projects across the Lower Mainland, we want to hear from you.
