TDR Electric is seeking exceptional Electricians and leaders to lead our electrical teams on new commercial projects across the Metro Vancouver area. We are seeking motivated Electricians and Foreman/Forewoman Electricians who are passionate about taking their career to the next level. Job Outlook
We offer full-time, long-term employment on some of the best sites in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, and North Vancouver. Some of our projects include: New Firehalls IPD (Burnaby), Commerical Warehouses (Surrey), Large EV Infrastucture projects (lowermainland), Large multilevel Office TI’s (Richmond & Vancouver), Hotel’s (Richmond), Small/Midsized Multifamily (Vancouver & Burnaby). With numerous sites across the lower mainland, we do our best to plan manpower to avoid travel time when we can.  

Compensation

Career Development
We promote career development, check-ins regularly, ensure our apprentices are sponsored immediately, have hours updated for them etc. Be trained and mentored by our knowledgeable and approachable Foreman/Forewoman/Project Managers.  

The ideal candidate:
Must be able to manage commercial projects, and meet targets and deadlines provided. Must be eager to learn and master their craft and enjoy the trade. Must be able to or want to learn to interpret blueprint drawings. Eager to learn proficiently in understanding timelines for projects and maintaining the schedule. Willing to learn the understanding of sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference. Ability to take direction from a project manager, respectful of their knowledge and expertise. Be respectful to our customers and clients to help build lasting relationships. Minimum 6 months of on-site experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent  

Salary: $24.00-$48.00 per hour

Experience: Electrician: 2 years (required)
