Job Outlook
We offer full-time, long-term employment on some of the best sites in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, and North Vancouver.
Some of our projects include: New Firehalls IPD (Burnaby), Commerical Warehouses (Surrey), Large EV Infrastucture projects (lowermainland), Large multilevel Office TI’s (Richmond & Vancouver), Hotel’s (Richmond), Small/Midsized Multifamily (Vancouver & Burnaby).
With numerous sites across the lower mainland, we do our best to plan manpower to avoid travel time when we can.

The ideal candidate:
Must be able to manage commercial projects, and meet targets and deadlines provided.
Must be eager to learn and master their craft and enjoy the trade.
Must be able to or want to learn to interpret blueprint drawings.
Eager to learn proficiently in understanding timelines for projects and maintaining the schedule.
Willing to learn the understanding of sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference.
Ability to take direction from a project manager, respectful of their knowledge and expertise.
Be respectful to our customers and clients to help build lasting relationships.
Minimum 6 months of on-site experience.
