These stations are designed to allow you to charge electric vehicles at your residence. Sometimes a dealer will provide a charging station with the purchase of an electric car, but if not, that is where we can help. We can provide you with everything you need to ensure your electric vehicle is always charged and ready to go. We provide different incentives and rebates for the different levels of charge stations that you can browse to figure out which one will be able to charge what you need.

At TDR Electric, we have different levels of EV charge stations that you can choose from. Each one is designed for different functions, but we can provide instructions and information on each level to ensure you get the best charger for your needs.

The three levels of the EV charging stations that we provide go from 120V, which can be plugged into a regular 15A receptacle to a 480V, known as DC fast charging. However, it is important to know that this type of equipment isn’t compatible with all vehicles. We are also able to place a Tesla supercharger, which is equivalent to the 480V charger, but it will only work with the Tesla Model S.

My experience with TDR was outstanding. They completed a 200 amp service upgrade + installation of a hardwired EV charger. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. TDR came up with a cost effective strategy and kept aesthetics in mind. We recently used TDR to upgrade our electrical service from a 70 amp service to a 200 amp service. Due to some rather strange BC Hydro rules, it was more complicated than we thought it would be. We were required to install a “private pole” in order to run the service to our house. TDR took care of everything; from getting the pole installed to digging the trench, (we decided to run the cable underground rather than cut down a 50 year old tree – thanks for that idea Sam), to installing the new breaker box and answering any questions we had during the project. They were friendly, easy to deal with, on time, on budget and did quality work. A special shout out to Dillan and Peter for the great work and friendly service! We would highly recommend TDR for any electrical work.

Sam impressed me from the beginning of our interaction when he responded to my phone call within 20 minutes, and was able to come over quickly the same day and assess my situation. He was proactive and maintained contact with both the district inspector and the appropriate BC Hydro personnel. He was very knowledgeable about the repair issue (damaged BC Hydro meter box), how to obtain the permits required in the municipality, and also patiently and respectfully walked me through the process of the power shutdown at the street level and reconnection. He kept in contact with me throughout and made this potentially stressful situation, much more manageable. The service was exemplary, the price estimate was reasonable, and I look forward to working with them again!
