With 19 years of experience in the electrical industry, Taylor Ross is a Certified Master Electrician and FSR who leads TDR Electric with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and relationships. Liam Phagura, CME, RSE

With 15 years in the electrical industry, Liam Phagura has successfully led large-scale commercial, multifamily, and EV infrastructure projects. His expertise in project execution and team leadership ensures projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Liam focuses on building strong teams, streamlining operations, and maintaining client relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, Adam Buxton has successfully led large-scale commercial and multifamily projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards. As VP of Projects at TDR Electric, Adam plays a key role in overseeing project delivery, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Adam’s leadership is rooted in experience, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to excellence. He fosters a culture of accountability, competence, and consistency, ensuring that teams are empowered to make decisions and deliver outstanding results.

Passionate about mentorship and team development, Adam is dedicated to helping employees grow while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Bert DeBruin. CME, RSE

Business Development, IPD Specialist

Bert has been in the industry for over 35 years. He is a Certified Master Electrician and is a pioneer in the Design Build and Integrated Project Delivery methods of construction. He ensures his team has received lean management training including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Blue Beam. He has the expertise in his field to make decisions that will deliver value to the Architect, Engineer, Owner and General Contractor as he believes that collaboration is the best method. Bert believes that providing cost savings, providing value engineering & design are his strengths along with a team of expert field and office lends TDR to be a leader in the electrical industry.

He gives back to community including supporting Hope Mission, Mustard Seed, Edmonton Food Bank, United Way and various other charities.

With over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry, Andrew brings unmatched expertise and precision to TDR Electric’s estimating team. Having worked for one of Canada’s largest electrical contractors for almost 2 decades, he has gained invaluable knowledge in project estimation, design assist, and tendering ensuring that every bid is accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.

Andrew’s attention to detail is second to none. His ability to identify discrepancies during the design assist and tendering process safeguards projects from costly errors and ensures seamless execution from start to finish. His vast industry experience allows him to anticipate challenges, optimize project scopes, and provide strategic insights that add value to every job.
